So I did walk down to the bus terminal yesterday morning and today or already yesterday afternoon I got pain in my left hip, lower back.

My morning workout today was a pain in the ”rumpa”.
I thought the walk should help me get stronger as I have 25kg suitcase to drag there. Instead the old body said - FU old man!

- Go back to the sofa, eat chips and drink cola!!!
Tomorrow and up comin travel days I will probably need some painkillers and fortunatly I still got some that I got from India when working there.
They are more powerful and made for losing up muscle and joints as well as kill the pain.

Update: perhaps it was me lifting the suitcase, as it was fully test packed?!?!
